Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 10-14 business days. We take pride in ensuring every Luxe Bloom Beauty product is perfectly packaged to arrive in pristine condition.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days | Complimentary on orders over MYR 150
Express Shipping: 7-10 business days | MYR 25
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched and exclude weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries in Southeast Asia. International orders typically take 10-21 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Free shipping is available on domestic orders exceeding MYR 150.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time through our courier partner's tracking system.
